Equinor and RWE coopertaion

Equinor and RWE have signed a memorandum of understanding to work together to replace German coal-fired power plants with natural gas-fired power plants already ready for hydrogen. In fact, the agreement also provides for the construction in Norway of an infrastructure for the production of low-carbon hydrogen which will be exported via gas pipeline to Germany.

First green hydrogen-natural gas blend distribution operation in India

NTPC Ltd and Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL) have started India's first green hydrogen and natural gas blending project. The blend is destined for the town of Kawas, Surat. The electricity for the production of green hydrogen by electrolysis of water is supplied by an existing floating solar plant with a power of 1 MW.
